What Is the Receiving Hope Center?

The Receiving Hope Center is Georgia’s first residential intake center for youth ages 12–17 who have experienced sexual exploitation or are suspected to be at risk. We provide short-term and long-term trauma-informed care and assessments in a secure, compassionate setting where youth are seen, heard, and stabilized.

It’s a soft landing during a hard moment—a place to pause, process, and begin again.

Stabilization. Assessment. Hope.

Within the first 7–10 days of arrival, youth receive:

24/7 licensed
residential care

Medical and mental health evaluations

Wellspring Living Black Female Participant

Education and therapeutic programming

Risk and needs
assessments

Crisis intervention and trauma-informed support

This period of care is crucial in determining next steps and ensuring the right placement for every child.
