Are you passionate about ending sex trafficking? Do you love the mission of Wellspring Living? Do you enjoy speaking to groups and have experience?
The Speakers Bureau is a selective group of volunteers who advocate on behalf of Wellspring Living at major speaking events, community information tables, as well as within personal social circles. These volunteers are vital to the outreach and advocacy of the issue of sex trafficking and the mission of Wellspring Living.
BEFORE APPLYING
Please review the following notes prior to submitting an application.
- The Speakers Bureau is a selective group of volunteers with limited spaces available.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old to be considered.
- Speakers Bureau members are expected to take at least one event per year.
- Most speaking engagements take place within the following counties: Cherokee, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett. We suggest taking events that are most convenient to your location. Gas/mileage is not reimbursed.
- Speakers Bureau materials for each event are to be picked up and returned from the following three locations: Wellspring Living Treasures – Duluth, Wellspring Living Treasures – Peachtree City, and Wellspring Living Administrative Offices – Atlanta (Grant Park).
- Some speaking engagements may require PowerPoint usage. While a generic PowerPoint is provided by Wellspring Living, some level of modification may be required to fit the specific topic and event.
- Applications are reviewed on a continual basis and if it is determined that you would be a good fit for the Speakers Bureau, you will receive information on next steps in moving forward in the process, including a background check and trainings. If it is determined that the Speakers Bureau is not the best fit, you will receive information on other ways to engage and plug in with Wellspring Living.
