As January comes to a close, we reflect on a month filled with purpose, education, and action. Human Trafficking Awareness Month (HTAM) gave us the opportunity to stand together—learning, advocating, and supporting survivors. Through a number of events with our partners, including the Cathedral St Philip’s Cathedral Giving By Design, the UPS Foundation’s event, “One Atlanta: Driving Collaborative Counter-Trafficking Solutions” and the 5th Annual Human Trafficking Awareness Panel, hosted by Fulton County District 6, we witnessed the power of collective action. Each conversation, each shared fact, and each moment of solidarity brought us closer to a future where every survivor is supported and every person is better equipped to help.

We also marked 15 years of HTAM with a special Thursday Talks at the Table, hosted by the Wellspring Living Institute, and by sharing 15 facts and myths about human trafficking, breaking down misconceptions and empowering more people with knowledge. The journey doesn’t stop here. Awareness leads to action, and action leads to change.

As we turn the page to February, our focus shifts to something deeply personal yet profoundly impactful: love, relationships, and boundaries. What does real love look like? How do we recognize the difference between a healthy connection and a harmful one? Whether we’re reinforcing what we already know or discovering new insights, these conversations matter. Together, we continue to foster relationships built on trust, respect, and freedom, ensuring that every individual—especially survivors—has the support and knowledge they deserve.

We look forward to diving into this conversation with you next month. Let’s keep learning, growing, and advocating—together.
