Offered to all participants regardless of pathway, Life Skills Workshops and Coaching provide essential tools for everyday success, including communication, financial literacy, time management, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and independent living skills. These services strengthen confidence, stability, and decision-making as women work toward their GED and career goals.

Mental & Wellness Support

Available to all participants throughout their journey, our mental and wellness support is grounded in trauma-informed practices and emotional care. Women have access to counseling, wellness education, and stress-management tools that promote healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Personalized Mentoring

Every participant, across all pathways, receives individualized mentoring focused on personal growth, accountability, goal-setting, and encouragement. Mentors provide consistent guidance and trusted support as women navigate their education, career goals, and life transitions.

GED Prep, Career Readiness & Job Training

Adult Education Pathway (GED Prep + Career Readiness)

This pathway prepares women to earn their high school equivalency diploma while building career readiness skills that are fully integrated into daily classroom instruction and learning activities. Academic instruction and workforce preparation happen together, so women graduate both diploma-ready and job-ready.

Career Pathways (CPP & CIP)

The Career Prep Pathway (CPP) strengthens workforce readiness through targeted workshops, coaching, and foundational job skills. The Career Intensive Pathway (CIP) provides structured career training, certifications, and hands-on workforce experience for women ready to move directly into career-focused roles. Participants receive job placement support, retention coaching, and guidance for long-term career growth. Our goal is not just employment, but stability, advancement, and sustainable success.
