POST-PROGRAM SUPPORT
Post-Program Support offers follow-up services for women (and their families) and youth who have participated in Wellspring Living’s programs. Women and their families have access to housing support, including transitional housing and housing vouchers. Staff work to ensure that women and youth who transition from Wellspring Living are equipped with the tools and resources that they need to continue moving toward independence and long-term stability.
HOUSING SUPPORT
As survivors continue building their new lives, this transitional housing provides them with a safe place that affirms their dignity, respects their recovery and further impacts their families’ futures. Transitional housing offers a solution to the housing need for our adult women program graduates and their children.
Referrals for The Bridge are facilitated by Wellspring Living’s community-based and residential programs. If you are a program graduate and would like to apply for housing at The Bridge, please contact us.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Case management is a collaborative process in which our case manager works with participants to assess and address their individualized needs and goals.
Community Counseling Services
Wellspring Living’s Community Counseling Services offer survivors of commercial sexual exploitation (or sex trafficking) the opportunity to engage in outpatient counseling. This service is tailored for participants to have regular virtual or in-person counseling sessions while maintaining their daily routine and independent living. It’s available to current and former participants, aiming to support healthy transitions and ongoing well-being.
RESOURCES AND REFERRALS
Providing connection to resources and referrals (e.g., mentorship, counseling, medical, financial) that support participant wellness and autonomy.
Advocacy
Empowering, educating and equipping participants to meet their needs and removing barriers as needed.
Coordination of care
Planning, facilitating, coordinating, managing, and integrating services and support resources.
